I appreciated the hotel's charming decor and the warm, inviting atmosphere in all common areas. The rooftop terrace offered a breathtaking view of the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, making it easily accessible and comfortable for senior guests like myself.
More variety in breakfast options would be nice.

The rooftop views during breakfast were absolutely stunning! 🥐 The location can't be beat, just steps from major attractions. The only downside was the breakfast could use a little more variety.

Location was perfect for a family like us, just steps away from all the major attractions. Also, special mention to Nuri, he really made us feel welcome and even booked us a cruise, which my kids loved!
It wasn't affordable, but for what we experienced, it was acceptable.

The Ferman had excellent service, especially from Nuri, who made our family feel at home. The kids enjoyed the lovely rooftop views and the breakfast was tasty, offering all we needed. Perfect location near the Blue Mosque added to our experience.
My kids wished for more activities to keep them entertained during the stay.

I really enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff. The reception team, particularly Yusuf, made me feel at home right away. They offered great advice on local dining options, and even accompanied me to a nearby restaurant. The breakfast selections were fantastic, especially the Turkish tea, which I became addicted to during my stay. The view from the rooftop terrace while enjoying breakfast was breathtaking. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely sea view that made waking up each day enjoyable. However, I did encounter a few issues. The noise from the nearby call to prayer at the Blue Mosque could be quite loud, especially early in the morning. I also felt overwhelmed when the staff immediately tried to sell different tours upon my arrival. I would have preferred to settle in a bit before discussing those options. Also, it would have been nice to have an ironing board in the room and a few more hooks in the bathroom. Despite these minor inconveniences, the atmosphere created by the staff was welcoming and familial, which truly enhanced my stay.
